Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Uniform orders are usually processed within 1 working day, and are sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days after despatch.
You can cancel your uniform order within 14 days for a full refund, if unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction if the goods have been handled more than is necessary. Please contact Compliance2@id-medical.com to request a refund, and then return your purchase to:

Switching your place to a future course is not possible. Please note the following cancellation fees apply:

ID Medical reserves the right to cancel the course and make a refund in full or transfer the booking if an insufficient number of bookings have been received. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS WHEN MAKING TRAVEL PLANS. Please call ID Medical School on 01908 324 744 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive further instruction via email on how to begin your course or download training materials. For the majority of our online courses, refunds are not available once the course has commenced. For the Target IELTS 7.5 Doctors (1:1) course, no refund is available after the order is confirmed. Please call ID Medical School on 01908 324 744 or email email@example.com to arrange a refund.
Physical certificates are usually processed within 1-2 working days, and are sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days after despatch.
For DBS checks, we can only process a refund before your application has been processed. In practice, this is typically within 24 hours of your order. To request a refund please contact Compliance2@id-medical.com. For other types of certificates, we cannot process a refund once the certificate is issued.
Delivery of digital certificates will be via email. For emailed CPD certificates, no refund is possible once the certificate has been issued or is made available for download..
If you require bloods, you have two options:
Blood Pack - If we send you a blood pack, it will be via Royal Mail Signed For delivery, for completion with your doctor. Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, and delivery typically takes 1-2 days after despatch.
Road Team - Alternatively, we can arrange an appointment with our Road Team, who will visit you to take your blood.
Once bloods are sent off for testing, the results are usually back to us within 5 working days, though in practice, often much sooner.
If you'd like a refund on a bloods purchase, please contact Compliance2@id-medical.com as soon as possible after ordering. No refund is possible once bloods have been sent for testing, or once you've met with our Road Team.
One of the ID Medical Group of Companies, namely Group 24 Limited, Recruitment Express Limited (trading as The Locum Consultancy) and ID Medical Group Limited, known collectively as "ID Medical" and related by common ownership (the "Lender") has agreed to advance the sum specified (the “Advance”) in the signed agreement (the "Agreement") to you (the "Borrower"). The Lender may in its absolute discretion advance further sums to the Borrower from time to time and any further advances shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Advance. The Advance shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
The Borrower shall repay the Advance to the Lender in accordance with the Terms stipulated within the Agreement, and free from any legal or equitable right of set off.
The Lender may at any time set off any liability of the Borrower to the Lender against any liability of the Lender to the Borrower, whether either liability is present or future, liquidated or unliquidated, and whether or not either liability arises under the Agreement.
In the event the Advance is not repaid in accordance with the Agreement, the Borrower, by way of signature, agrees that on demand, and in addition to the Advance, they will pay to the Lender on a full indemnity basis any costs, charges, expenses and liabilities paid or incurred by the Lender as a result of the Borrower’s failure to repay the Advance (including those incurred by the Lender in seeking repayment by the Borrower and Interest/Fees applicable to be charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act).
The Lender is in the business of supplying medical staff and is not a consumer credit business. The Advance is made in order to procure the services of the Borrower as a medical Candidate and is made outside of the Lender’s normal business activities. Such advances by the Lender are not commonplace. The Borrower hereby acknowledges and accepts all of the aforementioned points.
All aspects of the Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that, subject as provided below, the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). Nothing shall limit the right of the Lender to issue proceedings against the Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the issuing of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the issuing of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
By the Borrower signing the Agreement, the Borrower acknowledges they enter in to the Agreement of their own volition, having had the opportunity to take independent Legal Advice; and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions therein. The Agreement is effective from the date at the top of the signed Agreement.
